Order Form Creation:
The system creates an automatic order form which reflects only the items you order and the running subtotal for your order. You may delete or modify items and quantities specified in your order at any time before you submit (or print) your final order.

Order Submission:
When you are ready to complete your order, you may:

• Complete the online order form and order with a credit card via our secure ordering system if you have a browser capable of secure transactions.
• Complete an order form which can be printed and mailed with a Money Order or credit card information.
• Complete an order form which may be printed and used as a reference for telephoning your order to: (281) 471-5735.

How secure is our online credit card ordering capability?
We use the Americart shopping system which uses two methods to ensure the security of your credit card information. First, your order is placed using a secure connection between your server and Americart's shopping cart server. The information is "encrypted" for security as it is transmitted between the two servers. Second, only part of your credit card number is sent on to us along with your order. The other part resides in a secure location where we can retrieve it with our own passwords via yet another secure transaction. Your entire credit card number is never stored in its entirety at the shopping cart server.

Please also feel free to use more traditional methods like telephoning or mailing your order if you are uncomfortable with online credit card transactions. We do not recommend sending sensitive credit information by way of email.

Our Online Ordering Policies
We accept money orders, or Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. All orders must be paid for in US Currency.

Painted Pony ships all products via the US Postal Service or UPS, and our shipping fees are based on actual mailing charges. Shipping fees are not included in the total amount on your order form. If paying by check or money order, once we have received your order from the shopping cart service, we will notify you of S&H fees to include in your payment for mailing.
